HVAC Engineer – Specialised in Ventilation

The position is based in Lausanne – EPFL Innovation Park.

We are currently looking for a HVAC Engineer – Specialised in Ventilation


  • Welding and fabrication of Ventilation and Heating systems
  • Design of a full ventilation system and integration to our product
  • Work on heating and ventilation within a reactive and planned maintenance environment
  • Ensure good quality workmanship which upholds company standards, complies with building codes and follows safety requirements
  • Work alone to find and present faults and concerns in electrical systems without receiving explicit direction


  • BSc or MSc degree in engineering with Major in Ventilation/Heating/Air Conditioning
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the design and fabrication of ventilation systems (HVAC Experience)
  • Experience with Passive ventilation is a serious asset
  • Very good knowledge of steel, mild steel and aluminium in welding and fabrication
  • Ability to set out ventilation systems from drawings
  • Excellent statistical data analysis and problem-solving abilities
  • Effectively reports progress and problems through written or oral reports
  • Experience with Lean Management is a plus
  • Fluent English MANDATORY
